ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
The hotel has one disability accessible guest room available. For further information, please contact the hotel reservation team directly.
 
AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 21 are to be accompanied by adults. The hotel respectfully reserves the right to check photo identification.
 
CREDIT CARD POLICY
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 21 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution.
 
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. For further information, please check with the hotel front desk team directly. 
 
EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY
Early check-in may be accommodated but is subject to availability. The hotel can help to store guests’ luggage until a room becomes available. To guarantee early check in, the room must be booked for the night prior.
 
EXTRA BEDDING POLICY
Rollaway beds and cribs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Extra bedding should be requested at the time of the reservation and confirmed upon check in. Fees may apply for rollaway beds. Rollaway beds cannot be provided for in Superior Room and Balcony Room. Where applicable, a maximum of one rollaway bed is permitted per room.
 
FAMILY PLAN POLICY
Rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child below 6 years old sharing existing bed. Cribs are complimentary but are subject to availability. Fees may apply should a rollaway bed be required. Rollaway beds cannot be provided for in Superior Room and Balcony Room. Please check with the hotel reservation team for more information. 
 
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
Consumption of food and beverages not purchased from the hotel is limited to be in guest rooms only. Durian is strictly not allowed in the Hotel. 
 
LATE CHECKOUT POLICY
Late checkout may be accommodated but is subject to availability. A late checkout between 12pm to 6pm will incur a fee of 50% of the full room rate. After 6pm, the full room rate will apply.
 
ID REQUIREMENT
Per section 27 (1) of the Hotels Licensing Regulations, guests are required to produce passports at check-in. 
 
IN ROOM AMENITY
Each guest room is equipped with a complimentary handy smartphone. Guests are allowed to take the handy device outside the Hotel but shall be responsible for the device. In case of loss or damage, guests are liable for the replacement or repair cost of up to S$330.00. 
 
NOISE/DISTURBANCE POLICY
WANGZ Hotel enforces a No Party Policy to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Parties, private events, and gatherings are strictly not allowed in guest rooms or guest floors. Unregistered guests are not allowed in the room past 10 PM. 
 
PET POLICY
Pets are strictly not allowed with the exception of guide dogs for the visually-impaired.
 
PAYMENT POLICY
All major credit cards are accepted. 
 
Guests paying by cash must pay the room rate and tax for the entire stay at check-in as well as a returnable, S$50 per-day deposit for incidentals. The unused portion of the deposit will be refunded at checkout. 
 
SMOKING POLICY
WANGZ Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. A deep cleaning fee of S$500 per incident will be charged to any guest who smokes in guest room.
